Synopsis
When the town of Deep River finds themselves in the midst of a town-wide black out, the Residents start to accuse each other of causing the black out. Meanwhile a young girl returns from a camping trip with stories that she and her friends were attacked by a man-like creature in the forest, causing more speculation and suspicion amongst the townspeople.Synopsis: After the mysterious disappearance of Sarah Jones, the secrets of the town start to unravel, and the mysteries start to pile up.

After becoming somewhat of a local hero and by a lucky turn of fate, our
friend SWEEPY, the talking street sweeper, has found himself spared from
decommissioning. With the guidance of his trusted driver and mentor, Ben,
our hero now embarks on a new mission. Along with his regular cleaning
duties, SWEEPY is now also an ambassador for urban clean; promoting
cleanliness, awareness and ultimately responsibility across and beyond his
town.
SWEEPY also has two talking friends: R3, the musical rapping recycle truck
and Vacci, the chatty sidewalk vacuum cleaner. The three friends like to
call themselves the "Special Cleaning Assignment Team.” There is no job
the SCAT team can't handle! Together, they go on cleaning missions and
interact with the various characters they meet along the way. And the
characters they meet will surprise you. Have you ever met a talking tree,
or a talking rock?
SWEEPY is very eager to clean and learn, but being young at heart, he
sometimes gets into a little bit of trouble. Nonetheless, SWEEPY knows that
he is responsible for a couple of things; keeping the town clean and
teaching the 4Rs (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and the grand daddy of them
all, Responsibility) to all the new friends he meets. So along with his daily
cleaning responsibilities, SWEEPY visits schools, public places / events and
everything in between, teaching the 4R's to children.

Two dynamic, fun & knowledgeable hosts will show up at the three different levels of restaurants in a metropolitan city. Every restaurant will put their best foot forward when a critic arrives. Especially the Front of House. Showing up announced allows the viewer to see the best foot forward of the restaurant. The owner or the general manager will get a chance to explain the restaurant, unique selling points in terms of food, drink, service, atmosphere and personality of the place. Really sell the place to the viewer.
Part two of F.O.H.
“For many years I have worked at the best restaurants in NYC, Los Angeles, South Beach and Toronto. When management knew that a food critic was going to show up, the Front and Back of House were the top of their game. Food, service and atmosphere all geared toward the critic. A false front of sorts. Some of the top critics in NYC would show up on a whim with no announcement. What turmoil ensued! How DARE they?! The best food critic of them all from the New York Times, would show up in disguise to get the upper hand. After many years, management began to accumulate photos of the different disguises and persona attached to the critic so they could gain back control” - Mark Yuhasz
What F.O.H. intends to do is show up unannounced and film the second segment through hidden cameras and disguises to see the “actual” restaurant. Technology and makeup artists - RULE! The two hosts that were there earlier announced and through the front door, now have the upper hand to see the actual running of the place. Is food the same? Is service the same? Are you seating at a bad table because the “old couple with bad clothes” has arrived? Maybe mix things up a bit and shoot the unannounced first? - Keeping the restaurants on their toes.

Hot Rod Heroes is a Drama Lifestyle Television series currently in development by creators Mark Yuhasz and Jeff Kopis.
Concept:
THREE Street rods. THREE teams of crazy old-timer gear-heads and their
sons or daughters. THREE months to build their cars from scratch.
A
group of “old school” hot-rodders and their sons are split into three
teams, the father and son are the team leaders and each team is allowed
to bring in three friends as crew; each must build a street rod in our
very own HH (Hotrod Heroes) Gear House in a period of twelve weeks.
The series will follow the process from the design of the cars, to the
finding of parts, to the actual building and troubleshooting of the
vehicles. At the end of the twelve weeks the three vehicles will be
raced, if they are able, at an old school street drag and then
auctioned off for charity.
The audience will be encouraged to
vote via online, telephone, and SMS on which car they think is the
best. At the infamous (insert name) car show and auction, the winning
team will receive a sponsored cash prize for themselves and one for
their charity, not to mention bragging rights (which knowing our gear
heads they will take full advantage of). Each person who votes will
automatically be placed in a competition, the winner will receive the
winning car at this same event. The second and third place cars will
then be auctioned off, all proceeds going to charity.
A
condition of the competition and auction will be that all three cars
will go on tour, as part of our agreement with our major vehicle
sponsor. Their exhibit will be co-branded and will include video of the
series.
Comedic/Drama reality show, with a good feeling for great causes.

LOG LINE
The
lifelong friendship of two smalltime black marketers is tested when
they unwittingly become the prime suspects in a murder and fall into
the cross hairs of the mob, the feds and the police.
SYNOPSIS
Frank
and Espinacas are two small time Black Marketers with a certain style
and wit. Frank, a pragmatic former security consultant and Espinacas, a
reckless former nightclub owner run in the gritty and sexy LA
underworld.
In the Black Market there are two rules:
1) Keep a low profile
2) Keep a low profile.
Frank
and Espinacas follow those rules to the letter, that is until they are
wrongly accused and become the prime suspects in the “Sexy Jane Doe”
murder.
Soon they discover that the “Sexy Jane Doe” was part of
an elaborate international prostitution ring. Espinacas sees this as an
opportunity to fulfill his lifelong dream of being a private
investigator, while Frank is only interested in salvaging their
business and keeping a low profile.
At odds with each other and
their lifelong friendship in jeopardy Frank and Espinacas must put
their differences aside and use their street smarts and underground
connections to battle Lt. Burt, the sadistic Head of Vice, Lena, a
renegade FBI Agent and Pork Chop, the charismatic Boss of the Chinese
mob.
Can they clear their names, solve a murder, save their friendship and salvage their business?
Anything is possible in the underground world of the Foreign, Beautiful and Illegal.
